@airindiain I won’t prefer flying in Air India after all the hassles i have faced and still facing.

- Extremely poor Customer Support
- Baggage doesn’t reach on time
- Poor flights conditions
- Everwaiting refunds for Booking Cancellation!

@airindiain Team, just checking if there is still any chance of receiving the final luggage of our parents as we are nearing 15days now. We know it might not be worth your time pursuing for a missing checkin luggage but this is only a humble request if it can be retrieved at your convenience

@Parul4singh @airindiain We were told at the airport that atleast 300luggages were not transported. Cannot confirm if that is the real truth. Like you said, tried multiple avenues with no response! Certainly a horrible experience never faced earlier with other airlines

@airindiain this is to inform you that our parents reached Chicago ORD airport on 11th November, 2021, but all the four checkin luggages went missing. A complaint has been filed at Chicago Airport on the day but no acquaintance has been received so far.

@SSaurin212 @airindiain We got 3luggages so far, still awaiting for the final one. Today being 8th day since they landed in Chicago airport on 11th November!
Atleast we got one of the luggage contaning the medicines on Tuesday, and that is the only relief for us.
