Usage limits are up, effective today we're:
1) Doubling Claude Code's 5-hour limits for Pro, Max, Team and seat-based Enterprise plans
2) Removing peak hours limit reduction on Claude Code for Pro and Max plans
3) Substantially raising our API rate limits for Opus models
In 30 days:
Amazon: $25B into Anthropic
Google: $40B into Anthropic
Anthropic makes Claude. The AI that competes head to head with Google's own Gemini.
But every Claude answer runs on Google's chips.
Google didn't buy a competitor. They bought the toll road.
AI is 10x harder to learn than people say.
It's also 10x easier than people think.
Both are true at the same time. The hard part isn't the tech. It's figuring out what to actually build and who to serve.
If you're non-technical and want to use AI at work or your personal life but haven't started, what's actually stopping you?
Not the polite answer. Keep it real here.
My entire course production stack:
OBS Studio - Free.
iMovie - Free.
USB mic - $60
Bunny Stream - ~$5/mo.
Total under $70. No studio. No team. Let's get it!

Fumbled my calendar today. Had two demos scheduled. One at 9a the other at 4p. I completely missed the morning demo because I flipped the names and was texting the wrong guy.
Anyways…I owned it and moved on. Solo means you ARE the calendar. Now I need to tighten up the system.
Is it just me or is Opus 4.7 make more silly mistakes than 4.6? Literally was unable to provide me a numbered list correctly. Generated two #5 and skipped #6.
Feeling real GPT 3.5 right now.
Only 25% of residential contractors use AI meaningfully in 2026.
48% productivity gain. 45% time saved. 32% better customer experience. Contractor-reported, not vendor-projected.
The other 75% are still thinking about it. That's the window.
What's the dumbest question you've been afraid to ask about AI?
Real answers. I'm going to ensure the most common questions are answered in the first module of my course.
Three former Air Traffic Controllers hit me up in the last three weeks.
Same question from all three: "where do I start with AI?"
The most procedure-driven humans on earth don't know where the entry door is. That's the whole market gap.
Public count, public goal.
Course waitlist started the week at 14.
Goal: 50 by Sunday night.
If I hit it…my paid tier launches next week. If I don't…I keep pushing until it does.

Most AI courses are tech pros talking to other tech pros.
The people who actually need AI the most aren't developers. They're contractors, parents, veterans, retirees, career changers.
I'm building the course for the other 90% of the room.

What I actually learned this week:
A verbal yes is not a sale. I sat on a "yes" for 6 days waiting on the deposit. Should have sent the invoice the moment he said go. Same lesson I keep relearning: speed beats permission.
