The newly installed GOP Party Chair just named the party's interim legal counsel - he was an impeachment manager overseeing Ken Paxton's impeachment and voted to remove him from office. It looks like we won't get any help from the Texas Republican Party during the campaign - we're going to need help from the RNC. We can't afford to lose this race.
Protecting illegal aliens is about VOTES and nothing more.
Inflate the census, ban Voter ID, create more blue seats in Congress, and secure power for decades – THAT’S THE DEMOCRATS’ GOAL.
They don’t care if innocent Americans get KILLED in the process.
If you believe a foreign government can sail a hospital ship to the edge of US territorial waters, deliver a hundred babies to foreign moms, then promptly sail back to a foreign port, and that every one of those babies is American for life, you don’t believe in nationhood at all.
SHOCK: American hospitals are advertising “birthing packages” to expecting mothers in Latin America to come to the US to have anchor babies.
Their website is “Have My Baby in Texas”.
This is the direct result of justices like Amy Commie Barrett BETRAYING the American people.

Today marks the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding. A small group of colonists, guided by conviction and faith in God, chose freedom over servitude and risked everything for it. Though uncertain of success, they believed freedom was worth the risk. Their courage established the greatest Republic in history. Happy 250th Independence Day. God bless the United States of America. Let’s get after another 250 years of Freedom! 💪🏼🔥🍀🙏🏼🇺🇸
Today we reflect on the courage of men who, 250 years ago, pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to create this nation we are blessed to call home. This was not mere rhetoric, but an act that would’ve resulted in their imprisonment and execution if captured.
Their rebellion birthed the greatest nation the earth has ever known. A democratic republic built on free market capitalism not only became the world’s dominant superpower but also delivered more people out of poverty than any country in history.
However, I would be remiss not to point out what most politicians would never dare mention: that our current federal government and state governments (including Texas) now tax us at rates far higher than the British crown taxed the colonists, and that government has grown to levels that our founders never would have tolerated.
Confiscatory property taxes and income taxes that require citizens to work 20-50% of the year just to pay them would’ve been repugnant to them.
Our founders understood that we are endowed by our “Creator with certain unalienable rights,” and that the number one role of government is the protection and preservation of these rights. Yet, today, the very governments (federal and state) charged with protecting our freedoms, have become one of the biggest threats to them.
Let’s change that!
President Reagan once said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream.”
Courage 250 years ago meant staring down the wrong end of a musket, cannon, bayonet, or executioner’s noose. I thank God those patriots were not go-along-to-get-along types, but true statesmen, who cared more about doing the right thing than the politically expedient thing.
I wish today’s political leaders could muster the courage to fight for their constituents with even a fraction of the conviction of our founders.
As we celebrate the freedom that so many fought and paid the ultimate price for, let us honor their sacrifice by redoubling our commitment to preserving the principles of self-governance and individual liberty they secured for us.
It was not one single war 250 years ago that led to the freedoms we still cherish, but also the sacrifices of countless since then. As the lyrics of America the Beautiful celebrate, “O beautiful for heroes proved, in liberating strife, who more than self their country loved, and mercy more than life.”
My prayer is that our generation is willing to do whatever it takes to hand our children and grandchildren an even more free, and even more prosperous, and even more “perfect union” for the next 250 years and beyond!

Many thanks to Robert Henline. He was a veteran of the Gulf War and was honorably discharged in 1992. Following 9/11, he elected to get back into the military, and serve again. He made three additional deployments. However, on his fourth tour, his convoy received a hit from explosives. Robert was the only survivor. That day, three more soldiers were killed. His stories serve as a reminder that many soldiers put their lives at risk, and some soldiers will never forget.
