Adam Hoffman was an attorney in Waco, Texas. He was arrested in 2022 after being accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a young boy.

A grand jury indicted him on continuous sexual abuse of a young child.
It’s a first degree felony that can get you 25 years to life in prison. The local DA had to recuse himself for some reason, so Paxton’s office led the prosecution.…

Paxton’s office offered a plea deal down to two misdemeanors that originally proposed giving Hoffman one day in jail.
