Appears that Jake Lang is still being held in Collin County TX jail.
He is due in DC court on 6/10 for his 2 charges of Threats to do Bodily Harm and Threats to Kidnap. Also he is scheduled to be arraigned for his DUI on 7/6 in Pennsylvania.
