Without regime change, they will wait until Trump is out of office and go right back to trying to fulfill the prophecy to destroy Israel and create war through jihad and bring the Mahdi who will give them victory to create a worldwide caliphate for Allah. You do not understand the fanaticism of radical Islam. To them, their goal is to fulfill a religious prophecy that they will bring about by creating a great war by jihad that will bring the Mahdi, their religious savior, who will lead them to victory and create a worldwide caliphate from which they will rule for Allah through Sharia law forever. This is why they don't care about what normal people care about and why they are happy to become martyrs for their cause. You cannot reason with such fanaticism.
