In my conversation with @Computerworld, I shared a reality many leaders are discovering: shadow AI is dramatically outpacing production AI. The challenge isn’t stopping it. It’s creating enough visibility & guardrails to manage risk without killing innovation. Worth a read: https://t.co/YZQxNTzbPH

What does Ritz-Carlton training have to do with IT leadership? More than you think. I put my leaders through it to build a customer-first mindset. Great IT isn’t just about systems, it’s about experience. Are you building tech for uptime or for the people using it? #ITLeadership #CustomerService #RitzCarlton
Speed is an advantage until it isn’t. I’ve seen leaders move too fast & create problems that are hard to unwind. The best know when to slow down, ask better questions & get clarity. Are you moving fast because it’s right, or because it’s easier? #AIStrategy#TechInvestments#CIO
If a critical system failed tomorrow, would your board be surprised or prepared? Tech risk doesn’t get ignored. It gets seen too late. It builds quietly, then shows up all at once. By then, you’re not managing it, you’re responding. Are you making risk visible early enough? #TechnologyRisk #CrisisManagement #CrisisReadiness
AI governance fails in two ways: too loose to manage risk, or too rigid to allow progress. I’ve seen both. The goal isn’t choosing speed vs. control. It’s designing governance that enables both. Build discipline with your models, or today’s innovation becomes tomorrow’s risk. #AIGovernance #AIStrategy #ResponsibleAI
Most CIOs didn’t step into the role expecting AI governance & risk management to become core responsibilities. But that’s the reality now. I recently spoke with @CIOonline about how AI accountability is moving from technical teams into the executive suite. Give it a read here: https://t.co/DuZrfIf9Wx

Enterprise IT leadership isn’t about managing tech. It’s about driving business outcomes. Modernization means little if nothing changes for the business. If systems fail, what stops? If you delay, what risk grows? Is your tech strategy creating value, or just running systems? #EnterpriseAI #ITLeadership #AIStrategy
AI adoption doesn’t break at the top. It breaks where work changes. Boards align, strategies form, tools launch, then resistance hits. AI shifts workflows & decisions, and becomes part of the infrastructure. And that infrastructure requires discipline. Can you lead through it? #AIAdoption #AIStrategy #BusinessTransformation #CIO
Why do so many AI pilots succeed only to stall before production? Launching a pilot is easy. Scaling AI across an enterprise isn’t. Data issues, cultural resistance & governance gaps get in the way. In my latest blog, I break down what it takes to move from pilot to production: #ScalingAI #AITools #BusinessTransformation

Anthropic’s Mythos isn’t just another AI tool. It’s a signal that cyber defense timelines are collapsing, forcing a complete rethink of how cyber teams operate. Worth reading this @POLITICOEurope piece if you’re watching AI & security closely. #Anthropic #AICybersecurity #ClaudeMythos #AnthropicMythos https://t.co/3LjQzEHntH
A cyber incident doesn’t just test your systems. It tests your leadership. The difference shows up when decisions have to be made with incomplete information and real pressure. That’s where most organizations break down. Read more in my latest blog: https://t.co/pafX9niczn
The analogy I’ve been using is this: we built cybersecurity in a world of horses, and someone just invented the car. This is bigger than Mythos. OpenAI and others are right behind them. The operating model has to change. Check out this @CNBC piece to learn more. #Anthropic #AICybersecurity #ClaudeMythos #AnthropicMythos https://t.co/chXFtWj3li
I’ve been in conversations about Anthropic’s Mythos program, and even if the early claims are off by 100%, it still changes the game. But I think most people are reacting to the wrong thing. This isn’t just another AI cyber tool. It’s a stage change in cyber operations.
A couple years ago, organizations might have had ~40 days between discovering a vulnerability and seeing it exploited. Then 20 days. Then 20 hours. Now we’re talking about something closer to 10. Soon, it will be minutes. That changes how cyber teams have to operate.
Mission-critical operations just changed forever.
Meet DXC OASIS: a new managed services operating model and intelligent orchestration platform from @DXCTechnology that brings human judgment + agentic AI to run the entire IT estate in real time.

For decades, IT services competed on labor arbitrage - who could deliver the lowest cost team.
That era is over.
The new lever is agent arbitrage: how well you orchestrate AI alongside people to deliver outcomes at machine speed.
