1979: fasting glucose over 140 makes you diabetic.
1997: lowered to 126.
Millions of new diabetics. Same blood.
1997: prediabetes starts at 110.
2003: lowered to 100.
A third of American adults, created by a footnote.
1984: high blood pressure is 160/95.
2017: lowered to 130/80.
American hypertension goes from 32 per cent of adults to 46. Thirty-one million new patients in a morning.
2001: the cholesterol target is 130.
2004: lowered to 100, and to 70 for the high risk.
Statin eligibility expands by millions.
Eight of the nine men who wrote that 2004 update were on the payroll of companies selling statins. They disclosed it only when forced.
1994: a WHO panel invents osteopenia. Bone that is not thin enough to break, given a name and a prescription. Half of older women qualify.
Nobody got sicker on any of those dates. A committee sat down and a number moved.
The threshold drops, the market widens, and the drug is already licensed and sitting in the warehouse.
Your grandfather was healthy at 145/92. You are ill at 132/81.
Nothing about the body has changed. Only the paperwork, and who profits from it.
Three big things to remember in Nebraska for the Governor election:
1. Only Gov. Jim Pillen (R) or Lynne Walz (D) can win the Governor's race. Brett Lindstrom (I) has no chance--so long as Pillen or Walz do not drop out of the race.
2. Lynne Walz is far-left and has made several bad votes: Walz voted to allow men in women's sports and locker rooms (LB 574, 575), voted against capping superintendent pay (LB 800, 2023) and voted against efforts to allow teachers to use reasonable force to defend themselves against violent students. These are positions that would make Zohran Mamdami blush.
3. Brett Lindstrom needs to come back to reality, endorse Jim Pillen for Governor, and get back on the Nebraska Republican team. Lindstrom accepted an appointment from Jim Pillen to the Nebraska Fair Board in 2023. There's no reason why Pillen and Lindstrom should fail to reconcile before November to avoid the catastrophe of 4-years of a far-left Democrat in the Governor's office.
IVERMECTIN: FULL DOSAGE SCHEDULE FOR CANCER & PREVENTION
1000s of people use Dr. William Makis MD’s IVERMECTIN dosing chart. Here’s a clear, categorized breakdown based on body weight (mg/kg per day).
LOW DOSE: ≤ 0.5 mg/kg/day
**Best for:**
- Cancers in remission
- Strong family history or genetic predisposition
- Prophylaxis (preventive)
**Side effects:** No long-term side effects reported.
**Example:** Dr. Tess Lawrie reported a Stage 3 ovarian cancer case treated with chemo + 12 mg ivermectin daily. Tumor marker CA125 dropped from 288 to 22 after 2 months and the tumor vanished.
MEDIUM DOSE: 1.0 mg/kg/day
**Best for:** Starting dose for **most cancers** (lung, pancreatic, renal cell, gastric, etc.).
**Side effects:** No long-term side effects reported.
**Example:** Dr. Shankara Chetty’s 70-year-old prostate cancer patient (PSA 89) took 45 mg/day (plus lactoferrin). After two months PSA fell to 10.9.
HIGH DOSE: 2.0 mg/kg/day
**Best for:** Very aggressive cancers (leukemia, pancreatic, brain cancers).
**Side effects:** No long-term side effects reported.
**Example:** Dr. Allan Landrito’s Stage 4 gallbladder cancer patient took 2 mg/kg daily for 14 months — cancer disappeared.
VERY HIGH DOSE: ≥ 2.5 mg/kg/day
**Best for:** Extensive metastatic disease, extremely poor prognosis, or certain brain cancers.
**Side effects:** Possible short-term & transient visual effects (usually resolve in a few days).
**Example:** Dr. Shankara Chetty treated a patient with 2.5 mg/kg/day — no side effects reported.
**Quick conversion example (for a 60 kg / 132 lb person):**
- Low: ≤30 mg/day
- Medium: 60 mg/day (≈5×12 mg tablets or 1 teaspoon liquid)
- High: 120 mg/day
- Very High: ≥150 mg/day
Many anecdotal reports exist of long-term daily use (months to over a year) with no serious toxicity, but individual responses vary.
Always work with a knowledgeable clinician, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., vision issues or glaucoma). This is for educational purposes only.

DR. THOMAS LODI, MD: “A biopsy is almost a GUARANTEE of cancer metastasis and acceleration. Biopsies UNLEASH CANCER.”
Your body fights desperately to WALL the tumor inside a protective fibrin sheath — isolating the deadly threat.
This isn’t diagnosis — it’s iatrogenic murder.
Big Pharma’s calculated trap:
They puncture → cancer spreads like wildfire → then they sell you the toxic chemo & radiation that GUARANTEE even more metastasis.
Short-term “remission” is an illusion.
The cancer returns faster, stronger, and often terminal.
REFUSE THE NEEDLE. PROTECT THE SEAL.
There are many options:
1) MRI • CT • Thermography • Blood biomarkers
2) Shrink and eliminate the tumor with Ivermectin + Fenbendazole.
3) Have the whole intact tumor removed, then biopsy it.
Your life is on the line.
Don’t let them unleash the beast inside you.
Let me clear up the microscope fight first. 🔬
Everyone’s arguing over “hairs” and “fibers” in horse paste.
But nobody talks about formulation science.
Horse paste = oral suspension. Binders. Thickeners. Made to swallow.
Injectable = sterile. Made for veins. Different rules.
Just because it looks weird under a scope doesn’t mean it’s bad.
And just because it looks clean doesn’t mean it’s stronger.
The real problem? Most of us never learned how this stuff works.
That’s where the confusion starts.
Now, the part they didn’t tell you. 👇
Mix 3 ml ivermectin liquid in a glass of orange juice. Twice a month.
Remember when the media laughed and said it was ONLY for horses?
They knew it was made for humans since 1987.
Here’s what they hid:
Blocks spike protein damage from mRNA shots.
Destroys the virus in your blood before it enters cells.
Powerful anti-inflammatory – no steroid side effects.
Treats rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, Crohn’s, allergic rhinitis.
Boosts immunity in cancer patients. Treats herpes.
Protects the heart during cardiac overload.
Anti-parasitic AND anti-cancer – kills metastasis, spares healthy cells.
Kills chemo-resistant cancer cells.
Antimicrobial – bacteria & viruses.
Reaches central nervous system – regenerates nerves.
Regulates glucose, insulin, cholesterol, reduces liver fat.
Cuts infection, hospitalization, and death rates.
Are you taking ivermectin yet?
Everyone needs a pea-sized dose of horse paste every Monday & Tuesday.
Buy at Tractor Supply. ~$14 a tube. Lasts 2-3 months.
We’re all loaded with parasites. When a doctor says “you caught a bug” – he knows. But he signed an NDA.
My own story:
I “HAD” multiple sclerosis (since 1983).
I “HAD” glaucoma & pigment dispersion syndrome.
I “HAD” thyroid issues, fibromyalgia, and more.
I cured them all – by changing what I put in my mouth and on my skin. 5 years ago.
✅ No drugs. No vaxes.
✅ No manufactured food. No fast food. No sugar (only honey, maple, agave).
✅ No meat (just some white fish).
✅ No bleached flour.
✅ Raw, unpasteurized milk, cheese, butter.
✅ Coconut oil & extra virgin olive oil only.
✅ Celtic grey salt (cheap as Equine Electrolytes).
We eat salads with pickle juice, vinegar, lemon, nuts, seeds, olives.
We use a blender (not juicer – juicer throws out nutrients).
Breakfast & supper: raw fruits & veggies, turmeric, ginger, ivermectin (M/T), colloidal silver, chlorine dioxide, MMS, baking soda, nascent iodine, borax.
We call it GUZZLE JUICE – don’t care about taste, just guzzle. Gives your gut a break.
We shop at small Asian & Indian markets near acupuncture shops. Get minerals, mushrooms, herbs by the ounce. Grind, mix, scoop into juice.
Oils & odd tricks that work:
🌙 Put oils in your navel at night – castor, thyme, oregano, peppermint, eucalyptus. The navel carries to 72,000 vessels.
👣 Eucalyptus & peppermint oil on feet, nose, cheeks, chest – instead of nasal spray.
🧅 Onion slices in your socks at night for chest & lung issues.
🥬 Cabbage leaf on sore hips, joints, breasts – stunned at how it works.
👁️ Castor oil on eyelids (cures glaucoma), lips, sore joints, over kidneys to dissolve stones, bunions, warts, hammertoes, bone spurs.
Cleaning & household:
White vinegar + baking soda for laundry, dishes.
Add coconut oil to spray bottle of vinegar & water for dusting.
🚨 The cover-up collapses:
FDA finally admits ivermectin works.
After 3 years of denial and millions dead – they admit doctors were right all along.
IVERMECTIN + FENBENDAZOLE + MEBENDAZOLE = CURES ALL CANCERS.
This is wild. We have been lied to about everything
We were told chicken is a health food, we’ve been told it’s what we should all be eating
According to nutrient density information by multiple sources including the USDA, it ranks nearly dead last. Here’s the order for nutrient dense meat (generally)
- Beef (especially grass-fed; high in protein, zinc, iron, B vitamins, creatine)
- Lamb (often tops lists for nutrient density per serving; excellent fats, minerals, B vitamins)
- Bison (very lean, high protein, strong mineral profile; frequently #1 or #2 vs. others)
- Venison (lean, nutrient-packed game meat; high vitamins/minerals per calorie)
- Fish (varies: fatty fish like salmon excel in omega-3s; high in protein/selenium)
- Pork (good protein/minerals but often ranks below ruminants; varies by cut)
And all the way at the bottom is chicken:
- Chicken is excellent for lean protein but generally much lower in key micronutrients and fats compared to all the above
We have been lied to about everything
One of the big reason we switched from mainly eating mainly beef and other meats is marketing from major companies like Tyson
Chicken was historically more of a delicacy or seasonal food in the US, not everyday staple like beef or pork. Mid-20th century campaigns by companies like Tyson and others successfully repositioned it as a cheap, healthy, everyday “lean protein” alternative
Marketing played a major role in shifting consumer habits, emphasizing health and nutrition angles while industrial production scaled up dramatically. This was classic marketing to expand market share
You should be upset
Cool your potatoes. Seriously.
Chris Kresser on JRE dropped a wild tip: bake or boil a potato, let it cool, and the resistant starch forms. It won’t spike your blood sugar like a hot one does.
Even better, the potato diet. Eat plain potatoes (cooled) for days and people drop half a pound a day on average. Spontaneous calorie drop + gut microbiome feast.
Cooling cooked potatoes creates resistant starch, which acts like fiber, it resists digestion in the small intestine, feeds beneficial gut bacteria, and lowers the glycemic response, helping with blood sugar control and satiety.
Simple, old-school hack that actually works.
In fifteen years of nursing I've watched countless patients say goodbye to the people they love — but I'd never seen a goodbye like the one in that dim hospital room at 2 a.m., when a dying old man reached a trembling hand down to the dog they'd smuggled in for him, rested it on that grey head, and whispered four words I'll never forget: "Don't leave me, boy." His name was Frank, eighty-four, and he'd come to us in his final decline with almost no one. A widower. His kids scattered across the country, one on a plane that wouldn't land in time. He wasn't afraid, the way some are. He was just… alone, in that particular way that breaks a nurse's heart no matter how many times you see it. He talked about one thing more than any other. Not his children. Not the past. A dog. An old shepherd mix named Duke he'd had for twelve years, who was staying with a neighbor while Frank was in the hospital. "Is Duke okay?" he'd ask. "Somebody's feeding Duke?" Over and over. That dog was clearly the great love of his quiet later years. On his last night, when it was clear he had hours and not days, I made a call I probably shouldn't have. I phoned that neighbor at midnight. And bless her, she got in her car and brought Duke to the hospital, and we quietly walked that old dog up the back way and into Frank's dim room. Duke went straight to the bed like he'd been looking for it his whole life. He put his front paws up on the mattress and pushed his big grey head against Frank's side, and the old man — who'd barely moved in a day — slowly, slowly lifted one shaking hand and laid it on the dog's head. His eyes were wet. His voice was barely there. But we all heard it. "There you are," he breathed. "Don't leave me, boy. Stay with your old man." Duke let out a low sound and pressed closer, and he did not move from that bed. And what happened in the hours after is something none of us on that floor have ever been able to talk about without our voices giving out.
This was filmed yesterday morning at HALO Animal Rescue in Phoenix. The man is Carlos. Came to the shelter to look at dogs. Told the front desk he was "just browsing." Not sure if he was ready for the commitment. Staff brought him to meet a brown mixed-breed named Rocky. Shepherd and Lab mix. Four years old. Carlos sat on the floor with Rocky for about thirty minutes.
Rocky was calm. Sat beside Carlos. Let Carlos pet him. Normal meet-and-greet. Then Carlos stood up.
Told staff he wanted to "think about it overnight." That's when Rocky moved.
Didn't bark. Didn't jump. Just rushed forward and wrapped both front paws around Carlos's leg. Held on tight. Carlos tried to take a step. Rocky slid across the floor still gripping Carlos's leg.
Wouldn't let go. Shaking. Tail tucked all the way down.
Body trembling. Making this quiet whining sound. Volunteer Jessica was in the room. She said: "Rocky wasn't being aggressive. He was terrified. You could see it in his whole body. He thought Carlos leaving meant being abandoned again." Carlos stood there frozen. Rocky still holding his leg. After a long moment, Carlos knelt back down. Rocky immediately climbed into Carlos's lap.
Still shaking....... And at the end they go away together

Wild moment in Yellowstone: A bull bison launched a tourist 8 feet into the air Friday, leaving the visitor seriously injured.
Professional photographer Mike Macleod captured the intense charge on camera, calling the bison “angry, agitated and charging anything and everything.”
This is one of the wildest wildlife clips I’ve come across. Most people see a giant anteater and think “cute long-nosed ant eater.” Nah.
Watch this absolute unit go toe-to-toe with a jaguar in French Guiana. This footage was captured just a month ago.
Those claws aren’t just for digging termite mounds. They’re weapons like 4 inch machetes and anteaters have been known to fatally tear into a full sized jaguar. The jaguar is clearly thinking twice the whole time.
Camera trap footage, raw and real. Nature never fails to remind us not to underestimate the underdogs.

BREAKING: Two people have climbed to the top of the Empire State Building in New York City, holding a banner from the skyscraper's antenna reading, "When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace."
As of now it's unclear how the pair reached the top of the building as police work to get them down from the spire, 1,454 feet above the ground.
