RIP Pope Benedict. He loved two things; covering up child rape and quitting jobs before he was fired. He’ll be remembered for managing to make being in Hitler Youth, only about the 8th worst thing he did.
He was, in many ways, the Paedo’s Pope 🙏
@sophielouisecc No one does. Same rhetoric every year. People making up divisive conversations. No one has a problem with the word Christmas you nutter
A woman is killed by a man every 3 days in the UK. Giving a huge platform to a man to fantasise about violence against a woman he wants to “parade naked through the streets” dangerously legitimises the violent thoughts of men all over the country.
@lilygelder Don't worry, I'd say 80% of the country support you.
I haven't met a single person who doesn't support every single strike that is happening.
The anti people are just loud, I have a feeling there are a lot of bots too that are anti.
@zipedydodah@Thinkingschool2 Genuine question, I'd love to know how?
Our wellbeing always boils down to workload(new government expectations) or lack of money.
@Thinkingschool2 They are getting rid of more experienced teachers as they are 'too expensive'
15+ years of teaching, knowledge, training, care with lack of resources.
@JeremyVineOn5 Yes- strikes are the last in law NE of action. No one wants to strike as you lose a days wage. So the disruption is caused by the bosses who are sitting on their gross profits.
@SuellaBraverman But Tories don't think people should be safe on the streets. You close down mental health services, no bobbies on the beat, care in the community. You are being reactionary, not solving any issues.
@charlottemur@sophielouisecc But it shouldn't mean other can't.
Just because you can't, doesn't mean you shouldn't support others fight for fairer working conditions, pensions and a small payrise. If the ave person gets a payrise, it essentially goes back into the economy.when it's the German owners....
@NoJusticeMTG @c1oughie @SkyNews Right on sister! People just don't get it.
They just say "but he gets more then me"
"But I didn't get one" such weird selfish mentality, probably why we haven't shifted this awful government, because everyone is selfish.
@piersmorgan No he isn't! The Tories have taken care of that for years. I can't name one thing as a teacher, where my life is better off since them.
Mick is giving me hope to fight against them, bringing workers together. The only inconvenience caused is by those profiteering at the top.
@anon_opin No, it should be affordable and the money should go back into the service. Nationalised. People don't tend to care for things when they are free.
