@chronicallybeee yes. in those who have disabling reactions to fluoroquinolones, folks who had pre-existing connective tissue issues (as, eds, etc) have among the worst reactions. i would personally avoid these drugs at all costs given what theyve done to my life. uk just banned them for 1st line
@x3r0gxx fqs are topoisomerase ii inhibitors that wreak havoc on mitochondria and can cause small fiber neuropathy. some speculate this is due to collagen destruction in the extracellular matrix. small fiber neuropathy appears to be linked to dysautonomia. not sure wrt metro but happens
