When I called to find out what the status was, they wanted to do the exact same thing again. Then they yelled at me on the phone and said my service was fine. We are finding alternative solutions. What is your @Xfinity horror story?

Figured out why our livestreams crashing. It was the terrible @Xfinity internet we pay hundreds of dollars a month for. After a service call their guy said that it was definitely a problem with the line outside the building. They never fixed it.
