He was also trained not to put himself in a life threatening situations and to not escalate situations, which he did not do. He preferred to record his video, instead of putting his phone down and paying attention to where he was standing. Renee can be seen turning her car to the right, away from the "agent".

The left? So my own eyes that are watching these videos tell me that the ICE agent is at fault for standing in front of a car, shooting into a moving vehicle and instead deescalating he made everything much worse? Instead of recording his own video, he should've paid attention to where he was standing. One of those shots could've hit another innocent person. He murdered her.
