@freelandergolf @ochwheeshtyou I recently spoke to the retired ACC who demoted him. He was disgusted to learn that Dolan had climbed the ranks. It takes a certain type of person to make those kinds of decisions and treat people that way. “A leopard never changes its spots” comes to mind.

@ochwheeshtyou That demotion will be on his record. It will be documented. He did it more than once, got found out and was filleted for his decision making and treatment of officers. Those officers missed the burial of their loved ones and will never forget how this man treated them
