@O2 I’ve tried to top up my mum’s PAYG phone twice via 4444 and it has failed. The money shows now as pending being taken on the bank but the message on the phone said it hasn’t gone through. Is there an issue.

And now @sainsburys have sent a survey asking to rate the shop hundreds of miles away which was reported as a fraudulent transaction stealing all the @nectar points. Erm - couldn’t tell you what the store was like - never been near it!

@nectar my mum’s nectar card has just shown the 3 fruit and veg challenges complete (previously this was on 0 portions) plus 30 points for a shop nowhere near us. 90 portion of fruit in a shop worth 30 points doesn’t add up. Is there a glitch somewhere?

@sainsburys what has happened with the personalised nectar prices via the app. The last couple of weeks I’ve only had prices for items or ranges I have never and would never buy. This used to be really good but now there is hardly anything I use.

@eon_next how long do the tariffs take to update on the IHD. Ours changed on 19th September but is still showing the old one. The app is showing correct. Next bill is due around 4th October
