@els_1973@1116sen@kanecornes Good clubs with strong cultures do it. Bombers problem is for too long too many historical figures and coteries have meddled. Clarko had same issue at hawks and he froze all of them out and rebuilt the culture. It worked and now they have much better connection with past players
@PhilBlundell Lol have you seen our “we are Liverpool, high expectations” fan base? If the last year has taught us anything he won’t be given much time at all unfortunately.
@yeezy0005@DilTee_ You literally have the Liverpool captain on your profile. The most left wing club there is built on socialist principles. You’d have Shankly and Klopp, 2 of the most left leaning club legends “eradicated”? Scum.
@Aayush_YNWA@SherekhanKlopp Match going fans never warmed to Rafa, Houllier, Rodger’s, etc in any meaningful way either. It’s just he was following Klopp, the most likeable and charismatic manager in world football and he was always going to struggle in his shadow. I worry we may regret in years to come
@lfcthijs Even just reading the comments, the fan base has changed a lot in the past 10 years or so and embarrassingly, we are now a lot more like other big clubs who expect success like it’s a transaction. Certainly some $ by being such a bit global club but it has lost a bit of its soul
@stevesasteve@TheAnfieldWrap Absolute nonsense. You clearly don’t watch football or are typical of the plastics that have infected this fan base. You can be critical of this season and give credit for the previous one. Read what Stevie G said. It’s incredibly hard to win an epl and that’s something Slot did
@stevesasteve@TheAnfieldWrap Garbage. Slot made key tactical changes that had us win the league. The players including Salah said as much. Deserves all the credit in the world for last season.
@GoHsT107@GooalMouth That’s not what is being discussed. Many pundits were asking if Salahs season last year was the best individual PL season ever. Whether it’s to do with Slot is another question but Mo certainly thought it was, saying as much at the time.
@JasonHawkman@GooalMouth Easily his best season. Many pundits called it not only his best but one of the greatest individual PL seasons by a player of all time.
@GoHsT107@GooalMouth Clearly you don’t watch much. Last season was not only Salah’s best but many called it one of the best premier league seasons by any player.
@AledHughes84@GooalMouth Slot 100% had a huge amount to do with Mo and Grav’s previous brilliant seasons. Changed both of their roles from how they played under Klopp and paid huge dividends. Both players have credited Slot accordingly.
@Gavin_2410@hasumpstuffedup@TimGossage Fans are confused because it’s never been a rule enforced with such scrutiny by umpires. Every week a player has a kick from outside boundary where they run off line and never called oob. Countless of examples of players kicking after siren off their line. Just want consistency.
@hasumpstuffedup@wAzNuTz How do you kick with a natural arc and kick over man on mark and then aim for goal? It seems like a pretty tricky task to aim for both at same time. What happens if you miss kicking it over the mark due to a shank or bad kick but it goes through for a point? Not counted?
@SamueILFC LOL. You’ve spent the season feeding 400k+ fans negativity and amplifying every bit of panic and outrage for engagement. You can’t help create the toxicity, then complain the club feels toxic.
@Kirkbyred76@SophieJovi Yes because there were posters on this website who said they would. Plus the Slot Out sign at training, booing the last home game, people signing petitions….
@lfcshann Lol you plastics would have been posting the same video of him celebrating saying “who’s he to celebrate after such an awful season”. It never ends.
