20+ year Costco member here. Bought an LG Wash Tower because the website advertised reversible doors that open both ways. This was critical for me due to multiple spine surgeries — I can’t duck under the door without pain. It does not have reversible doors.

Now past the 90-day window, I’m only asking for a fair exchange (no refund) to the model that matches what was advertised + confirmed by Costco CS. Appliance team keeps denying it.
This is causing daily pain. Hoping for a goodwill exception as a long-time member.

@AustinHSEM I was on hold for 11:31 yesterday waiting for someone to answer my 911 call! That is so dangerous - people can die with hold times like that! I told the operator and she said, “it’s ok” it’s absolutely not ok.
