@rastaphaelian @MethodicalMS @BlueSpotScience @UKSCA Great question. I've seen FTP = 82.5% VO2max. This 80% seems to be right around that FTP/LT2/VT2 point. If so, the takeway is interval intensity just north of VT2 is sufficient to realize gains.
