Celeste Johnson, Instructional Coach at RHS. The last non-educational book I read was The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell by Robert Dugoni. Such a great fictional novel! #selfcare#RCSLearn@RCSLearn
(R3) Teachers must have colleagues to decompress with. Try not to take the stress home. I appreciate @JoshAmyx and @phillypRHS and many others for listening to my CRAZY so that I'm stressed less at home. @RCSLearn#selfcare#RCSLearn
(R1) I'm trying something new this year. I get up 45 minutes early and start my day by drinking my coffee slowly while watching the news or reading my book. Removing the morning rush has helped my stress levels tremendously. #selfcare@RCSLearn#RCSLearn
@karriannep @Achilles6L@Achilles6L and @mrpricerhs...only a little history at a time...they know I'm trapped and have to listen while in the carππ€£
Congrats to Robbie for completing his @LearnatRHS graduation requirements in @rhs_rga program. He plans to pursue a career in architecture and technical engineering.
@kbelanga1 @LearnatRHS Absolutely, permission granted from the teacher who started this with their students! Please use with your students and keep the ripple going!
Received this card and an amazing homemade pizza on Monday morning at RHS. Along with the message to "share your story and build the ripple into a wave". I'm definitely paying it forward and going to make this ripple bigger! @LearnatRHS
R3: The biggest roadblock is that teachers feel judged, ineffective, and possibly that it is evaluative. Address these roadblocks by building relationships with these teachers. Coaches are there to help! #RCSLearn
