You can see in my call list that someone buzzed my apt & answered & let them in at 5:09pm, and yet - at 5:10pm they claim that they couldn't deliver. I LET YOU IN, what more did you want?? And now I'M supposed to pick it up?? Hell naw.

Not only that, someone called the day before to confirm my address and buzzcode!! So why didn't you deliver if you were let in the door? I'm not driving 39 mins in traffic because the driver was lazy. He could have left it at the concierge counter. So you can pay to send it back

I have been with you for about 25 yrs now, even convinced family & friends to switch to you! I called for your help & you sent a plumber the next day to assess. He cut a hole in the wall in my closet & confirmed a leak from the shower on the other side

@belairdirect I am somewhere between angry and exhausted from this 3 wk marathon as I work alone to fix the leak that would have caused more damage to the unit below. I'm also incredibly disappointed by @belairdirect who has never let me down in 25 yrs until now :-(
