🐾 We are deeply saddened to announce the end of watch for one of our most courageous and dedicated family members, K9 Chack. A loyal Belgian Malinois who served the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office with distinction since 2017, Chack was more than just a service dog; he was a true partner, a protector, and a cherished comrade.
With Deputy Bryce by his side, Chack's career was full of achievements, including assisting BCSO and federal agencies like the FBI, DEA, ATF, and U.S. Marshals. His tireless work in locating violent offenders, participating in over 50 apprehensions, and detecting and seizing over $1 million in narcotics exemplifies the impact he's had on our community's safety.
Chack's spirit was recently recognized with a Life-Saving Award, a testament to his heroism and profound service to humanity. His contribution went beyond duty; he saved lives, restored peace, and stood as a guardian of our community.
As we bid farewell to Chack, we honor his service, his heroism, and the paw prints he leaves on our hearts. Rest easy, Chack; you've been a good boy, and your legacy will never be forgotten. 🐾
Athletic training is one of the most valuable healthcare professions and that’s why it’s still misunderstood. Hard to find another healthcare profession that has the orthopedic and gen med knowledge, sideline evaluation skills we have and that’s cutting the list very, very short.

2. Do focused work for 25 minutes
3. Take a short break (5 minutes)
4. Repeat until you’ve done 4 sessions
5. Take a long break (30 minutes)
