El-Sayed literally gave a weasel word answer to a terrorist attack, in a time when anit-semitism on the left is an insanely elevated concern in this country, after pairing himself in the primary with Hasan Piker, someone who has caught heat for saying anti-semitic things several times on stream.

Regardless of whether you agree with the coverage or not, this is a real issue that voters are worried about and El-Sayed has failed to adequately address these concerns, several times.

The issue wasn't Muslims not wanting to vote for Kamala, it was leftists across the country telling people not to. If someone had family or was personally impacted by the war in Gaza, I don't think I would necessarily fault that person for not wanting to vote for either candidate. You, however, tying all Muslim identity to Gaza(????) is incredibly weird, though, and falls into a trap that's a hundred times worse than when you guys constantly accuse Israel conflating its identity with all Jewish people.

"No actual principles"? Do you acknowledge that I have poured more time, energy and money into the organizing space than any other streamer or influencer on the internet? You have literally no ground to stand on for this claim, it's just you raging out. I have literally fielded more canvassers and money towards El-Sayed's campaign himself than any other streamer or influencer in this space.

As for the "lesser of two evils", this generally doesn't apply when both sides are legitimately unhinged. It's usually used to bully purists off of stupid positions where they think some Democratic candidate not having their idealized, perfect position on a policy is reason enough to let a Republican win. But if one side is a dying MAGA movement and the other side seems to genuinely have a problem denouncing Iran or terrorist attacks, we have a serious fucking problem and an understandable reason why someone might be hesitant to support that person.

The Gaza genocide issue as an excuse not to vote for Kamala was never a real issue. If you were opposed to the (supposed) genocide in Gaza, you would have voted for Kamala and tried to pressure the US to be less involved. Now we are at war with Iran, and leftists have genuinely zero fucking pressure whatsoever they can exert over the president. Every single thing liberals said would happen as a result of a Trump election happened: the world is worse off for everyone, including (and especially) Palestinians or people in the Middle East.
