@siamesebhoy I think some fans have lost all perspective. Fans and shareholders have a right to hold expectations of those running Celtic and a right to challenge when they expectations are not met. But the current campaigns are foolish, ugly, and self centered.
This is not a collective.
@p____67 The collective got the AGM antics wrong, but they could bring the majority of fans back on side with a consensus of a vision.
Rather than everyone needs to be sacked, and seeing the conspiracy in everything, what is the future we want aa a collective, how can we support this?
@20MinuteTims I just don't think the fan media is quite on par with the majority of fans who see this more nuanced but any view not extreme is not allowed
@CFC_Collective Hopefully ordinary fans not represented by the fan clubs and podcasters in the collective can also have a chance to give opinion and ask difficult questions of the board in the future.
@hamishcarton What I'm confused by is the double standards. Fans should be allowed to boo and swear at the board in an AGM but they are not allowed to respond? The board should just apologise and let the celtic collective run the club?
@jhnmcgnly Probably the most division that comes out of today will be amongst supporters. An embarrassing performance that prevented questions being asked of the board. Stand outside and wave your red cards but AGMs are about holding to account with questions and votes.
@HarleyP86366@AgentScotland I personally think clubs will more likely think twice about recruiting Rodgers (he has form here remember) than manager being put off joining celtic.
@CelticGossip Just to add, in March last year I wrote a letter individually to CEO, Chairman and Major Shareholder asking for an opportunity to work with Celtic to develop a strategy for 2030. I outlined the key areas over 2 pages. I never had a reply or even an acknowledgement.
@AgentScotland Clearly the board have lost faith in Rodgers and are saving for next manager, but not qualifying for Champions League will backfire on them
@scotlandscoeff1 Really well written and researched. My theory has long been that Celtic give their managers a total budget for entirety of their contract or a 2-3 year period. The managers then asks for more after spending the majority in their first year.
@K3rrMichael@ChicagoCelticSC Cheers Michael and agree on new champions league format a huge improvement. Does celtic tv show both home and away and league and Scottish Cup?
@TVRuss Hi Russell, it's been great to follow this journey from the outside. What an achievement. I with for a Gov. Dept. and arrange 1hr masterclass talks from project leaders to fellow professions. Is this something you'd be interested in presenting?
