I have called AOL GOLD tech support 6 times in the last two days as AOL GOld will not open via clicking on the icon. First person took 1 hour and a supervisor to fix it. 2nd said it was fixed. It wasn.t I have now called 6 times . I can't keep wasting work time like this. HELP

@TDBank_US Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Rude and/or incompetent (except for the 6th person I got transfered to) No one could find my account even though I have a statement with the number . They claim they can't find it.

@ bank of america. I called the 800 # at Merrill to purchase a CD. Ive been on hold for over 39 minutes. You are a big enough to have enough staff to answer your phones. I called Edward Jones who answered within 2 rings as I called a broker. Do you have anyone that answers.

@AOL I have sender marked spam but instead of going into the spam folder, it comes with a red mark on the side and says “this email is from someone in your spam folder” why doesn’t it just go to spam?

@CITBank Worst customer service. I called today to inquire about my old account and open a new CD. The message said 45 min wait but enter your number & youd call back. I did and now the phone rang and now I have been listening to music for 20 minutes on my supposed call back.

@Techwalla I signed up for a trial and it says hit the start button which never appears. I hereby cancel any trial subscription as the only thing that pulled up was ad after ad. Total rip off. Kindly make sure I am not charged.

@ChoiceWarranty YOUR COMPANY IS HARASSING ME TRYING TO SELL ME A HOME WARRANTY. I HAVE GOTTEN OVER 12 CALLS. I ASK EACH ONE TO STOP CALLING & REMOVE MY NUMBER AS I HAVE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD & AM NOT INTERESTED. THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME & THEN I GET AT LEAST 2 MORE CALLS A DAY.
