Issues impacting our area
- overdevelopment and not properly mitigating wetlands.
- increased home owners insurance costs.
- housing affordability.
- living wages for the working class.
- coastal communities have larger retirement age populations. Many strongly supported Trump and MAGA / MIGA.
- many small businesses are getting hammered post COVID era and feel the downstream effects accelerated by the monetary policy from this era.

Dan I think your desire to unseat Randy Fine will impact with those of us who feel Trump failed to honor his election mandate and his endorsement of Randy was abhorrent. With that said, I would prefer someone from within our district running to unseat Fine. Why do you feel running in our district is best vs supporting a better local candidate? Might it be best to rally behind an individual who can truly represent our community from an insider's perspective? Fine isn't even from our district and represents our district's needs so poorly. You're all outsider as well but I think your influence could be very helpful to the right local candidate.
