@ConfirmTesting I’m am trying to book a day 2 covid test at your Heathrow centre but it asks for your arrival date and the system will only let you book a test 5 days from then. If I put in an arrival day 5 days been what my day 2 should be I can book an appointment. Please help!

@PizzaExpress your click and collect doesn’t work at our closest Surbiton branch due to website error. Via the telephone they will not take an order. The next closest let’s us C&C but not use student discount!

Hi, this website says “Bring an official, printed certificate to check-in – SMS and digital certificates are not accepted. Without a printed negative test certificate” in the UK we only get an email and a text. Can we just print the email and that’s a certificate?

@OfficialPLT I paid for year delivery on 11/05/20 (£9.99) and was also charged yesterday 28/05/20... how is this possible? Frankly it’s outrageous that your system does not track which accounts have paid for a years delivery!
