🌍 Introducing GCV Special Envoys

Dear Global GCV Community,

I am excited to share with you the next step in the growth of our movement: the establishment of GCV Special Envoys. This new structure is designed to bring more business leadership, real-world connections, and flexibility into our ecosystem.

🔑 Who Can Be a GCV Special Envoy?

We are looking for pioneers with business backgrounds or strong business connections, combined with proven leadership skills. Each country will have:

Two National Certificates issued by the Global GCV Special Envoys Committee.

The National Chair will then have the authority to issue certificates for province and city-level Special Envoys.

⚖️ Structure and Focus

The GCV Industry Alliance and the GCV Core Team will remain separate but complementary:

GCV Core Team → Focus on community building, education, and pioneer empowerment.

GCV Industry Alliance (Special Envoys) → Focus on business-to-business development, partnerships, and if necessary, establishing companies.

It is separate running but they are not competing each other. Both GCV Ambassadors and Envoys should cooperate together for same goal.

To avoid conflict of interest, it is recommended that the Chair and Vice Chair of Special Envoys are not GCV Ambassadors. However, in cases where the community is still growing, GCV Ambassadors may temporarily take on the role.

In practice, we already see this model working successfully in China, where the GCV Special Envoys Chair and Vice Chair are separate from the China GCV Core Team so that they can work effectively.

🩺 Ambassadors vs. Special Envoys

To make this clear, let’s use a simple comparison:

GCV Ambassadors (Ecosystem Development) → Like family doctors, focusing on business-to-individuals through bartering, daily commerce, and pioneer education.

GCV Special Envoys → Like specialist doctors, focusing on business-to-business relations, industry partnerships, and profit-driven ventures.

👉 Note: A GCV Ambassador can become an Envoy. However, once you establish a company or begin focusing on Industry Alliance work, you should resign from your Ambassador role to avoid divided responsibilities. Keep in mind that different countries have unique circumstances, so all rules and policies can be adjusted to fit your country's specific situation.

We encourage all pioneers with leadership qualities, entrepreneurial experience, and strong business networks to step forward and join as GCV Special Envoys. Together, we will strengthen the bridge between the GCV community and the real-world business landscape, ensuring the success of our ecosystem globally.
