One of my favorite quotes. It reminds me that my actions not only have consequences in my life but the lives of others. Leaders actions should inspire, cause people to believe that their dreams are possible, motivate people to keep learning, challenge them to do more & become more
Integrity is something that’s important to me. It’s the quality of being honest & having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. My word’s my bond & being able to trust leaders is important for any organization to be able to thrive.

One of my favorite quotes by Dr. King. Today we honor the life, legacy, and dream of this “ Drum Major” for justice, peace, and righteousness. Thank you Dr. King for your selfless service to this world. I pray our generations have made you proud. #MLKDay
