@OctopusEnergy Octopus engineer out to fit a smart meter, now car charger won’t work. Not octopus’ problem though - we’ve to organise an electrician at our expense 🫠 also not an emergency to them

@OctopusEnergy Anyone had any issues with an electric car charger since have octopus fit a smart meter. We had a smart meter fitted Monday and since then can’t charge our car. Octopus don’t see this as an emergency and we’ve to organise an electrician ourselves. Embarrassing service
