I really just don't know how to explain the pointless wastefulness of designing our city around cars. They make the streets scary and dangerous but they're also just in everyone's way, everywhere. And they're not even a fast way to get around.
Greta Thunberg for a NPP! Do you think she cares about THAT? Take action now on anyway YOU can change your lifestyle to reduce and eliminate carbon emmissions. Drive less, cycle more. Stop flying all over the planet. WALK to the corner store. No drive thrus. I’m going to commit.
Today at 11:30 I and 15 other children from around the world filed a legal complaint against 5 nations over the climate crisis through the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
These 5 nations are the largest emitters that have ratified the convention.

@tpcanoe@LdnOntBikeCafe I cycle to work. However that is not possible for families transporting children. Start by living closer to your workplace. Get green public transport. No one should live in a monster house no matter their means. That is selfish. Ration energy to force ppl to cut back.
@CHeartsTrees Everyone I work with knows I bike to work everyday in good weather. I let customers know and show them my bike. I obey the traffic rules, I signal and I don’t dart ahead of cars waiting at a tee light
Geometry is the same in this #ldnont as the other London. As we mature as a city, we need to move more people in the same space.... therefore we need more cycling and walking! From "Walking & cycling: the economic benefits" #ldnontbike
