Let’s be brutally honest.

If Democrats ever retake the United States Senate, the filibuster is gone anyway.

Day one.
No debate.
No hesitation.

They will pack the Supreme Court, erase every institutional guardrail, and give a Democrat president everything on their radical wish list to permanently reshape this country.

And here’s the unforgivable part: while that threat is staring us in the face, President Trump’s America First agenda is dying right now in the United States Senate.

Not because Democrats are stopping it, but because weak Republicans are.

Republicans like John Cornyn refuse to fight.

Refuse to use power.

Refuse to do the very thing voters sent them to Washington to do: win.

You don’t save the Republic by protecting Senate traditions while the other side burns them down. You save it by acting. By codifying the America First agenda into law now, while we still can.

Texas didn’t send a Senator to Washington to manage decline.

We sent one to stop it.

If you won’t fight when it matters most, step aside. Texas is ready for leadership that will.

🚨We were made aware of an alleged vulnerability in Dominion voting systems that was mentioned in a federal court case. We asked a cyber security expert with knowledge of the allegation to attempt to recreate what was described and screen record the entire process. They did.

Texas received an unprecedented amount of your money this year. Taxpayers overfunded the government by $62 billion. This massive surplus should have been returned to all Texans by eliminating the school property tax.

Instead, last night, #txlege passed corporate welfare, which gives tax relief to businesses on your dime. Giving tax breaks to politically connected companies while continuing to raise everyone else’s property taxes to pay for the tax breaks is theft.

Members of the Texas Legislature that vote for these programs—and governors that sign the bills that allow for them—are aiding and abetting theft. School district property tax abatements should not be renewed.

The best economic incentive we can provide businesses (or anyone) is lower property taxes across the board. Texans deserve definitive action that permanently locks in property tax relief and puts Texas on the path to eliminating school M&O property taxes.

All 9 justices issued an extremely rare--even unanimous--statement.

It details how and why the Supreme Court decides recusals on cases and other ethical issues.

It is carefully written, well-reasoned, and entirely convincing.

It should put to rest all the Democrats' (fake, political) concerns about Supreme Court ethics.

Before very recently, it was rare to hear concerns about ethics at the Supreme Court.

Democrat-appointed Supreme Court justices:

- taught overseas

- took trips with their friends (even an attorney with regular business before the Court)

- amended their ethics filings, after failing to disclose issues (including years of a spouse's legal-related income)

- failed to recuse on matters

- even heard cases involving a spouse's law firm

These were never treated as scandalous.

We never heard a peep from the media.

Until now.

Democrat politicians and their lapdogs in the media are now politicizing and weaponizing judicial ethics.

This is a political smear campaign.

To attack Republican-appointed justices.

With novel--and laughable--legal theories.

While ignoring the ethical issues with Democrat-appointed justices.

(Like regularly taking undisclosed lavish trips with an attorney and Fortune 5 board member with regular business before the Court.)

Democrats are now running this political smear campaign because we have the first constitutionalist Supreme Court in 90 years.

And these Democrats know the Supreme Court is the last line of defense.

Protecting Americans from government overreach and tyranny.

So these Democrats want to destroy the Supreme Court's legitimacy.

And the Supreme Court's judicial independence.

With the ultimate goal of destroying the Supreme Court.

With court-packing, impeachment, term limits, and jurisdiction-stripping.

Senate Democrats are holding a political hearing on Tuesday.

They want to legislatively enact a litany of bogus ethical traps.

So they can use them to attack conservative justices.

If Senate Democrats actually cared about government ethics, they would investigate President Biden and his extended family corruptly taking millions from Chinese and Ukrainian oligarchs.

(They don't care.)

The President is almost certainly compromised by corrupt and illegal payments from our foreign enemies.

This is all a political sham.
