Embarrassing and very poor service this morning by Northern Rail @northernassist on the Rose Hill to Manchester Piccadilly line. Passengers crammed in like sardines in a tin and many couldn't even get on it. This is becoming a regular occurrence. @nothernfail

@StarbucksUK, I am aware that concessions can charge higher prices but £9.60 for a pack of coffee at @NetworkRailMAN is a daylight robbery, especially as it is half that price in a normal Starbucks store.
