@IOSTravel really disappointed that IOS Travel won’t honour a £150 gift voucher bought just before the pandemic. Not been able to use until now due to serious illness within the family and now they’re telling us that £150 has gone! Absolutely disgusted, been going for 20+ years!

@APCcustserv absolutely furious! My daughters present was ordered over two weeks ago and it’s been at my local depot since 05/12 (was supposed to be next day delivery). Phoned yesterday and the lady arranged Saturday morning delivery. Guess what? Nothing! Wasted a whole morning!

@Ps5Instant I was hoping to appeal to people good nature as it’s Christmas and it’s been a tough year all round, they would have still made a £50/100 profit but they just want more, so selfish. I just want everyone who truly wants one for their kids/partners/selves etc. to get one fairly!

@Ps5Instant Couldn’t agree more, I’ve been pulling all nighters trying to get hold of restocks I just can’t bring myself to pay the eye watering prices on eBay etc. It makes me so sad. Thank you for all of your hard work, it’s so appreciated, you’ve gone above and beyond. Happy Christmas 🎄
