A stroke patient of mine was discharged awhile ago and while performing passive range of motion exercise on his lower extremity, he suddenly raised his right hand and said:
"Panginoon pagpalain niyo po ang taong tumulong sakin lumakas, gabayan niyo po sila"
Me: "AMEN" ๐๐ฅบ๐
Idk about you but I've honestly lost sight of my long-term goals?
All I'm thinking about now is how to get through everyday without me or any of my family & friends getting sick
There's something about this ECQ that paralyzes me. Ang dami kong gustong gawin but I can't do it cause for some reason wala akong energy to do anything. Tapos parang I'm not ok????? Mentally????
Why is it hard to work as a medical professional here in the Philippines:
1. Extremely low salary. Some PTs that I know who work in the hospital are earning as low as 7k PER MONTH. And some are working as โvolunteersโ just to get experience and yeah they donโt get paid.
