Over the weekend, @Channel4News broadcast an item on the vital research being carried out into Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) at @Leic_hospital 🫀

With funding from @heartresearchuk, Dr Coral Hanson and @uniofleicester SCAD expert Dr David Adlam are investigating how tailored physical activity can be a lifeline for those dealing with a condition that is minimally researched and generally misunderstood.

This study is the first of its kind and has the potential to influence guidelines worldwide.
