Motor systems should be intact in any apraxia."Apraxia of Lid Opening" (ALO), was described by Cogan in 1965 & the name stuck but all 4 of his pts & all 6 of mine in 1985 had extrapyramidal motor disorders.
I think ALO is an involuntary levator inhibition & not a true apraxia.
