Scrolling Chrome froze my mouse and keyboard. After reboot Grok pulled the logs: found a NVIDIA GPU lock, BAR1 stuck at 256MB. Suggested a bios change to enabled resizable ReBAR, now both 3090s now have 32GB BAR. @OmarchyLinux is no longer crashing when scrolling.
