Typos are part of my personal brand. They are always intentional, designed as subtle commentary on whatever the subject of the day is.
Tweeting htis so I can pin it.
These apps have revolutionised my workflow since we moved online:
Calendar and Tasks - @sunsamaHQ
Email - @superhuman
Contacts - @meshhq
File Management - @devontech
I cannot recommend them enough.
Is it just me, or when you call or chat with customer service, do you always take the survey after and unless you were fatally injured in the course of the interaction, give five stars?
Breaking News: Vaccinated Americans are no longer required to preface every email with different variations of "how *are* you" or "hope you're well" before starting their actual message, though there are some exceptions, the CDC said.
Breaking News: Fully vaccinated Americans no longer need to wear masks or maintain social distance indoors or outdoors, with some exceptions, the CDC said. https://t.co/780TF4uaW0
Contrarian take: I way prefer reading than listening to things, so I kind of hate all this new audio first stuff. Find it super disruptive to play audio and can't do it in quick bursts.
@edenthecat Best ELI5 I heard:
The common strain has a standard USB "connector" to human cells. The vaccine works with that. But the new variant uses USB 3. The vaccine is compatible but the virus "transmits" faster. Over time the virus could move to USB-C and vaccine would have to keep up
@VisakhDev @JonyIveParody Yeah, but the radiation from a banana literally is too! You’re literally exposed to significantly more dangerous radiation than 5G when you fly due to the reduced atmosphere, but most people seem to be fine with that!
(As they should, it’s still perfectly safe)
@thierrywould @JonyIveParody You do realise that those are two very different types of waves. One has a very high amplitude and frequency, whilst the other is much lower in comparison. What you’re basically saying is that a truck can pull a huge trailer, so therefore a motorbike can too! Where’s the logic?
Gone are the days when reading “gone are the days” didn’t make me want to take both the writer and the editor aside and patiently explain how it is not a clever turn of phrase and that in trying to seem erudite it creates the opposite effect of what the writer is going for.
So apparently the main argument against editable tweets is “people will abuse it” which is funny because it’s also the main argument against Twitter itself.
It’s also ironic, because I barely have any tweets to edit in the firdt place.
@venom15611 @SuperSaf Didn’t realise that there were iPhones in 2005? Welp, seems like the same can be said about android. The only thing that matters is if you buy the phone you think is worth it for you. Some people value design or brand more than being able to recite their phone’s specs.
@MrSonicAdvance@AlexWebTweets Do you also know that you’re being exposed to more radiation than 3G, 4G or 5G when you’re out in the sun? If you’re really worried about radiation, actually have a go at learning the fundamental physics behind it, rather than just believing everything you hear.

@tony_terracotta @LinusTech For me it is purely about the feel of the operating system. It is intuitive (for me) and there are many third party apps that just aren’t available on Windows (ie. DEVONthink, Things 3). It is a bit like a car, some prefer the drive of one over another, pure personal preference.
