🚨Summer Transfer Window: Final Thoughts🚨

1. All I really wanted was Liam Delap. Because we signed him, that is the biggest win for me. He will come good, and eventually replace Harry Kane for England. I am a Liam Delap believer. Delap Dances for everyone.
2. Joao Pedro, what an exceptional surprise. In my opinion, he is the signing of the summer for any club. Better than Isak. Better than Cunha. Better than Wirtz (oh please). Better than Mr. Timberland Boots Gyokeres. Joao Pedro is a revelation.
3. UEFA's "settlement" with Chelsea was extremely limiting for us financially. Although we are more than healthy from a PSR perspective in England, we really want to do well in Champions League. These restrictions discounted certain high profile sales like Felix, George, Petrovic, Veiga, and Carney. That is SO MUCH MONEY we could not count towards our UEFA transfer balance and roster registration. I am glad it is over, but we should show great reluctance next time to agreeing to such ridiculous restrictions.
4. We improved dramatically in crucial areas:
- Central Midfield: Andrey Santos, Dario Essugo, Facundo Buonanotte (loan), Julio Enciso (2026)
- Wings: Estevao Willian, Alejandro Garnacho, Jamie Gittens, Geovany Quenda (2026)
- Striker: Liam Delap, Joao Pedro
- Left Back: Jorrel Hato
I am a fan of every single one of these signings. Yes, including Alejandro Garnacho, whom I wanted to sign since October of 2023.
5. Chelsea will not be signing a new keeper. Bob Sanchez has exceptional qualities, and has decreased his bozo moments. The endgame is Mike Penders, someone that EVERYONE keeps telling me is the next big thing. Well? We are going to wait for him, simple as that. Believe in Bob, or at least stop bitching about Bob.
6. It is no surprise we kept our center back core as it is. Wesley Fofana, Tosin, Badiashile, Chalobah (yes, even Chalobah), and Acheampong are more than enough cover as Levi Colwill rehabs his ACL. We were not going to spend 70mil on Colwill's replacement, considering we have no interest in replacing him. A loan option would have been interesting, but Chelsea believes in their players. So do I.
7. Chelsea has a plan, and is sticking to said plan. Fan opinions are fine, but they will never be heard by Chelsea. Influencer opinions are fine, but they will never be heard by Chelsea. Pundit and journalist opinions are fine, but they will never be heard by Chelsea. YouTube and Playback host opinions are fine, but they will never be heard by Chelsea. You people do not work for the club, and I would thank you to remember that.

Enjoy the club, stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. It is unbecoming.
