In Uganda, a simple assistive device can be the difference between isolation and opportunity. CFI continues to donate locally made, wheelchairs and tricycles to those who need them most at zero cost to the recipient.
Rebecca is a member of Par pi diki VSLA group under CFI. Born blind in a family of 6 siblings, she defied the odds of disability by attaining a training on knitting an opportunity that came coz she was a member of the VSLA group.
