Here Dr Giordano talks about how he and his colleagues at the medical branches of NATO have been conjuring up some nano-particulate smart dust that can cause STROKE EPIDEMICS, in what he calls a "scatter arrangement", meaning that they can just douse an area with it and cause a bunch of people to have a stroke.

He describes: "So what we're able to do here is infiltrate the brain space with nano-particulate matter that aggregates in situ (on-site) in the brain and there's one of two things. He then explains how an Italian research and tech group has done a ton of work demonstrating how effective it is in animal models, and how you may not incur a stroke, but you will eventually begin to disrupt the processes and properties of the brain, and as a result "engage something as more of a long-wars effects where you now begin to influence the population in increasingly concentric circles of expansion".

He's describing mind control, behavioral modification, and depopulation. Just so we're all clear...

When a country can no longer meet its debt obligations via income, it has only two choices:

1) Tax its citizens exorbitantly; or
2) Debase the currency (make citizens poorer).

Let's take a look at why every single country massively in debt (which is all of them today) will always choose to make their citizens pay by becoming poorer and poorer

TAX OPTION
1) This option requires that a country pay off its debts by taxing its citizens enough to cover the debt and its cost (interest). This is very unpopular as it requires in most developed countries conseus. It requires the agreement of the people. It's also a guaranteed way to get unelected as a government official, the positions of which offer ungodly power, influence, and life-changing wealth for them. Just check the net worths of some of your favorite low-paying government officials.

What's more, it wouldn't even work if governments tried to tax their citizens more. I will use the United States as an example to prove this.

If the U.S. were to tax every single citizen 100% of its wages (slaves) and never add an additional penny to the country's debt and unfunded liabilities ever again, it would still take decades to pay it off.

The tax way out of this debt is simply not possible. So, all governments deeply in debt will always opt for the second option, which I explain below. Rome chose this route. Great Britain chose this route. The U.S. chose this route. Here's why it's the only route that is ever taken.

DEBASEMENT OPTION
2) When a government's debt is too large to be paid by income and taxes, governments do not opt to raise taxes more, which requires a vote. They opt to debase every single citizen by monetizing the debt. In simple language, they issue more debt (new debt) to satisfy the old debt. This very act makes every single citizen poorer and poorer. Therefore, it too is a tax on every citizen, but it's a silent one that does not require consensus or a vote. It can simply be done at will and without constraint.

If debasing your citizenry happens silently and slowly enough, no one will complain, just as the frog that is boiled slowly enough won't complain until it's dead.

We are forced to give our entire lives (work) for a money that will be forever debased (made less valuable) through no fault, vote, or agreement of our own. #Bitcoin    fixes this by giving us a way out of this unfair trap.

Each time we earn dollars (which are debased) and switch a portion of them into #BTC    (which is never debased), we are freeing ourselves ever so gradually from this slave enduced system. Said another way, by selling declining dollars (image 1) into rising #BTC    (image 2), we free ourselves from this system of coercion.

Before #Bitcoin    there really were no great ways to escape for the masses. The elite escaped this trap by buying real estate and stocks. But how many people in the world have access to and/or have the wherewithal to acquire real estate and U.S. stocks? A very tiny percentage.
