Following our Highlands residential in 2023. This 3 day event is an opportunity for therapists to have an immersive nature connection experience intended to be personally healing and transformative, and also to explore opportunities to integrate nature into therapeutic practice
Through her book Louise explores ways in which we can share our own stories, in ways that are meaningful and challenge the unhelpful and harmful narratives that are written about people affected by disability or illness in the medical profession, in healthcare and in Society.
This book is dedicated to everyone who is sick & not getting better. With particular thoughts today for all continuing to live with #LongCovid#LongCovidAwarenessDay & have developed #MECFS with all best wishes for a better future.

Caroline's PHD research is drawn towards Gestalt models and enacting models
how if there is no agenda for change, permission to not make sense paradoxically enables deeper sense making. Fascinating topic and such rich discussion.
Caroline asks powerful questions about how anxiety is pathologised and responded to within our Society and within individuals. Increasing embodied awareness can be a way to explore with curiosity, subjective experiences of anxiety, how if there is no agenda for change,
Caroline's research is drawn towards Gestalt and enacting models with shared interest in embodiment, immersion in the world, attempts to maintain integrity and make sense of our world, how we balance our openness to the world with our need for self preservation and individuation
Our early bird promotional booking rate ends on the 1st March so if you are considering joining WildCATs to learn more about the benefits of nature connection and how you can take therapy outdoors please email us on [email protected]
