@AmericanAir one of your pilots was flying in the cabin on our last flight from DFW to PHX today in seat 27A with no mask on the entire time while every other passenger wore theirs. Not a good look for health and safety. I spared him taking a photo.

@AmazonHelp Yes, we called and got the incident number, the cop called and wanted to be put in touch with the logistics driver and amazon refused to do so - despite multiple witnesses and a video of the driver. Not helpful.
