@launchhouse 1. Block off days/times for specific meetings (e.g. fundraising meetings 9am-1pm, 1:1s Mondays/Tuesdays). Block off flow time for heads-down work
2. Request meeting agendas with goals. Sometimes it turns out: you're not needed, no meeting needed, meeting could be shorter, etc.
