@Sidestepperr @J_Mihai19 @BleacherReport @HighlightHER @BrownU_Baseball It’s a very fair question. The NCAA ruled in 2009 that baseball and softball are two different sports. A school having a softball team is not a legal reason to deny an opportunity to play baseball. There is a list of 35 (and growing) ncaa div1 schools who welcome women.

On the way home from a game, if my kid has their hats on, we can talk baseball. If the hat comes off it’s just parent and kid talking, no baseball

@bigdonkey47 Same size as the Home Depot itself, but more compact. 3-5 stories, ground floor light retail, 16-20 apartments. 50,000 sf and we wouldn’t use all of the stock. Every apartment gets 3 refrigerators. Only 5 get dishwashers. Side yard with 17 grills and a 3 hitting tunnels
