President Martti Ahtisaari has died at the age of 86.
President Ahtisaari was a pioneer of peace mediation in Finland and across the world. He never gave up his conviction that all conflicts can be resolved.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Eeva and son Marko, his many friends and colleagues around the world.
