A year ago my husband and I took joy in planning a trip to New York for my 40th, flying out today. Who would have thought we would be in the global crisis situation we are right now. I am right where I need to be now, at home with my children and working for @allofusinmind

@swypftOT @allofusinmind @AHP_SWYPFT After work, as a family we go for a 20 minute walk round the block. Also joined a fab, local pilates/yoga online class which is free to NHS staff. Been doing a class every night this week. Never been so active
