@Uber_Support He gets an error processing his request when trying to finalise/call his ride - we have updated app, resetup the family account and no joy
@Uber_RSA please can you get somebody to call me regarding my sons account. I am beyond frustrated trying to deal with your support teams with generic answers and no logic
@Uber_Support We have done that from his device then they tell us he is a teen and I should log, then when I do they say he should log as you have said above. Consistent run around- over a month and he is unable to call a ride!
@CityPowerJhb so we must just shut up and pay monthly network and service charges when you can’t even provide updates on outages ….. 10hrs and counting
@Fly_Airlink nearly 3 hr delay, no refreshments or anything offered to passengers. Wasted 1.5 hrs trying to fix a broken aircraft when there is another here not being used - now only switching after 2 botched departure attempts!
@CityofJoburgZA charging for pre termination notices ?? Seems another money making tactic raising these notices on rate payers whose accounts are in good standing only 3 days after due date?? Especially when the money is already in your account
@SteersSA best you check out your parktown store. People here don't know how to make the burgers not wearing gloves for food prep....not a steers experience:(
@qrsupport This is the fourth time I have been let down by this airline with a similar poor crisis management. I expect a full refund including the seat upgrades I paid for.
@qatarairways must be the worst airline. Haven't flown them since before COVID because they always let me down. Thought I'd give them another chance... Sitting in the plane on the ground an hour after we were supposed to depart with an 'issue'. #NeverAgain
@qrsupport @qrsuppport I can guarantee that I will never book/fly the airline again and will ensure I communicate my bad experiences. Again tonight your crew and ground staff were pathetic at handling a flight cancellation, leaving passengers wondering what is going on and wasting time
