我主要的工作流都跑在一台 Mac Studio M4 Max 工作站上，给大家看看我都折腾了哪些工具：

先说软件。远程同步用 Tailscale 组虚拟专用网络，笔记本 / 手机在任何地方都能随时接入 Mac Studio 上的基础设施；电脑之间的工作文件无缝同步用 Syncthing。

如果需要直接远程操控 Mac Studio，我用 Parsec 做远程桌面；
而要远程控制 Mac Studio 上的 Agent、做多 Agent 编排，用的是Paseo 。Paseo 还装在我的 iPhone、iPad 和一加 15 手机上，让我随时随地接入 Agent 来完成工作。

自动化调度分两条路。涉及 Bot 的任务，直接在 Paseo 里配它的定时计划就行。不需要用到 AI 模型的任务，我全都写成 Python 脚本，直接用 macOS 系统自带的定时任务去跑，效率更高也更可控。

然后是我的 Agent 阵容：逐渐收敛到三个开源工具，Pi Agent、Codex CLI、DeepSeek Harness。它们接管的事情已经不少：

- Obsidian：整个知识库的管理全在 Obsidian 里，交给 Agent 来做
- 浏览器：Mac Studio 上常年开着几个 Chrome，让 Agent 操控浏览器处理各种任务：查邮件、回复、分析 YouTube 后台数据、查资料，或者操控 ChatGPT、Grok、Gemini 的网页端
- GitHub：代码提交到 GitHub，在 Codex 里绑定之后可以直接远程 PR
- Cloudflare：网站部署用的是 Cloudflare，我是 5 美元的付费用户。海外域名购买、前后端代码发布，以及数据库 D1、放视频和文档等静态资源的 R2，很多基础设施直接都在 Cloudflare 上；在 Agent 里下命令，全部自动配置和管理，不需要我自己登录 Cloudflare
- Stripe：海外付款同样把 Stripe 连接到 Agent 上了，上面所有相关的测试、配置和数据分析，全部交给 Agent 处理

媒体和内容处理这块，下载和处理音视频用 yt-dlp，做简单动画、视频生成用 FFmpeg-full。另外还有一些新工具，比如用来做视频 B-roll 的 OpenMontage。 OpenMontage 加上 FFmpeg-full，视频的粗剪和动画就OK了，后期再用剪映合成一下就行了。

最后才说模型。本地推理用 oMLX，跑的模型主要有这几类：

- 大语言模型：DeepSeek V4 2.4-bit 量化版、Qwen3.8-27B（4-bit / 8-bit 量化版）、Qwen3.6-35B-A3B（4-bit / 8-bit 量化版）
- 语音识别（ASR）：Qwen3-ASR、OpenAI Whisper Large
- 语音合成（TTS）：Qwen3-TTS
- 情绪语气识别：SenseVoice
- RAG 与检索：向量模型 BGE-M3、重排序模型 BGE-Reranker-v2-M3

这么多工具组合在一起已经非常强大了，我觉得我连这些工具 30% 能力都没用上，不能再折腾了。

所以我越来越觉得，作为普通 AI 用户，真没必要天天盯着新模型发布，花大把时间来回测那些“鹈鹕骑自行车”，纯属浪费时间。真要测，也应该拿自己真实的工作流去测不同场景下的模型适用度，完全不需要过度关注。我反倒觉得应该形成一套自己稳定的工具组合，来高效完成日常工作。

I am done with this shit. It is over. The state of engineering right now is horrible. It has been half a month since I started a new role at a big company. Nobody knows anything here. The specs, code, tests, PRDs, tickets, resolution of those tickets, reports, etc., everything is made by Claude Code. Nobody on my team likes this. They are being forced to ship as much as they can. I have heard multiple times from higher management that pushing code is not a bottleneck, so why are we slow? People are working 12 to 13 hours a day just to press enter. Nobody is reading anything. Humans in corporate are doing nothing on their own. Everyone, literally everyone, from an L1 to an L7 engineer here is doing the same thing. Talk to Claude. There is no sense of victory. Nobody is resolving bugs. In reality, nobody is thinking anymore. Everything is done by LLMs. It is so soul-sucking. I would not mind it, to be honest, if we were at least given the time to check out the code and see what is going where. But no, the goal is to just ship. No matter what happens.
