@rohan_connolly My concern is this feels more about redemption than coaching for Hird. If coaching was the real passion, where has he been the last 10 years?
@rohan_connolly@FootyTips Maybe not, but Lions got out to 10+ goal lead before some junk time goals by the Cats. We can argue semantics, Geelong will need to buck a recent trend to get back the G on the final day of the season.
@rohan_connolly@FootyTips Okay, fair enough. I had assumed you meant for Home and Away. Not convinced the Cats will get back to the GF, they could have a Swans type season after they were thumped in the ‘24 decider.
@BradWalterSport Just wondering — when you say the medical staff had “information they had, which we don’t,” is it also possible we (the spectators) saw footage they didn’t? Seems hard to believe, implausible even.
@jurgenmeister4@RealMarkLatham “demolished dialogue” is the narrative pushed by those with an agenda, in reality not all dialogue/diplomacy is held in the public domain.
@vanOnselenP I get it is unusual, and maybe even funny that this is where we are at. But these are unusual times, and it is where we are at. It’s clear with Trump, traditional diplomacy is unlikely to work. Leveraging those with tight relationships, is not as laughable as you imply.
@Shan44297990@cheeky_monkey01@mark16pg That is what I don’t understand, the Brisbane airport was owned by the federal government. Built under Hawke federal government. Sold under Howard government. Nothing to do with state government.
@Shan44297990@cheeky_monkey01@mark16pg Hey Shan, this had me intrigued, since it doesn’t fit my recollection of politic in the late 90’s. So checked on the Brisbane Airport sale.
