@coach_kevin_m Kid at the back switched off, it’s PR. Don’t agree with his point either. A trick is a skill, shielding is a skill, holding off a player is a skill. Just different skills. The skill he demonstrates is beating a player with the right technical play.
@Leecosgrove10 You can run a whole session with this, start with playing in from the outside, combine and back out.
Move to the Rondo, all combine in the middle or number of passes = a goal. Finally bring goals in at both ends with gk’s and have to combine with the outside player to score 👌🏻
@savegrassroots There is factory’s which sit empty with parking already in place, most could be regenerated to indoor facilities for sport given investment.
@TheCoachesZone I do this practice and can run a whole session from it.
Warm up just a simple passing in and out using the outside players in same colour or combining with the middle pair.
Then a possession exercise in the same area as demonstrated.
Then goals either end and gks.
@GooseGreen10 We don’t have to look in depth at every possible infringement when a goal is scored. If there was no goal and he headed it wide, would they have looked at var and gave a free kick and not a goal kick then? Load of rubbish.
@TexasCoachMike It’s pure arrogance, there is no subscription to brilliance, it’s all about the individual and what works for them. Mastering the ball does not just mean doing toe taps and sole rolls from U6 to U12. Player development is way broader than that.
